UpliftingStuff.com offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders where the order subtotal is $25 and over, subject to the following terms:

 

• Orders are deliverable to U.S. residential and commercial addresses.

• Offer valid only for online purchases made at UpliftingStuff.com.

• UpliftingStuff.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.

• Order fulfillment processing times may vary based on product availability and how your item is being shipped. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. 

 

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

If the shipment tracking status shows "Delivered" and you are unable to locate the shipment, customer must contact the carrier in an effort to locate the expected package and coordinate delivery to the shipping address. If customer is unable to locate the package after contacting the carrier, please contact Customer Care for assistance.  

 

Return Policy

 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, merchandise may be returned when the items are:

 

• Unworn, in original condition.

• Returned with any tags and labels still attached.

• Returned within 15 days of the original purchase.

 

We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise may be returned. If we determine that a return is warranted, the item(s) must be returned at the consumers cost in the original condition received. When returning or exchanging an item, you may be asked to provide your name and phone number. That information and the details of your return will be recorded in the programs database to authorize returns. 

 

How to cancel an order

 

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact Customer Care as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your order can be stopped prior to shipping. If your order has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel the order.
